The Seedbed Curse is a key item used as part of the Scum Eater’s quest line, which requires him to be given five items to complete. There are six sowing curses in the game, three of which are in Leindell, one in Vulcan Manor, and two in Elfael, the fulcrum of the Holy Tree. In this guide, we show you where to find all the seeding curses in Elden Ring to complete the Scavenger Eater quest line.

Seedbed Curse #1 – Leyndell, Royal Capital

From the place of grace East Bastion of the capital, follow the path over the wall to the first building, go down the stairs and take the elevator down to the level below. Make your way to the building in front and then go up the stairs on your right. As you go up the stairs, you will come across a body tied to a chair, from which you can get the first seeding curse.

Seedbed Curse #2 – Leyndell, Royal Capital

From the place of grace Fortified Manor: first floor you need to exit the building through the gate, turn right and climb up through a small balcony visible on the second floor level. It leads to an exact replica of the Round Table Fortress. The second victim of the Scavenger Eater is in the room where his phantom appears.

Seedbed Curse #3 – Leyndell, Royal Capital

This is the third sowing curse in Leyndell, but the last one, since you have to complete half of the Scavenger Eater quest to take it. So move on quietly to the next sowing curse.

The third Seeding Curse can be found on the body of the Black Guardian at the end of his quest chain, in the outer ditch near the Bastion of Grace site of the capital, where the Scum Eater invades during his quest chain.

To find the Black Guardian here in the outer moat, you will need to complete the Rhea’s Necklace quest. If you haven’t completed the Black Guardian quest before the Dreg Eater invades, you can’t get this seeding curse.

Seedbed Curse #4 – Volcano Manor

Along with the grace of the Temple of Igli, use the elevator on your right, follow the path forward and jump off onto the volcanic rock next to the lava pool. Follow the path until you reach the tower, accessible through the window. Inside, open the door and continue north past all enemies until you reach another door in a room with a long red-gold carpet.

Climb the stairs, then turn around to go up another staircase and go through the door to the west to reach the foggy door, which requires a swordsmith’s key to open. Use the metal cages and wooden beams to get to the bottom. You can find the fourth seeding curse on the body tied to the chair in the southwest corner of the room.

Seedbed Curse #5 – Elphael, Brase of the Haligtree

From the place of Grace Molehouse, follow the path north, past the soldier armed with a crossbow, and climb the stairs until you reach the balcony with the corpse hanging over it. Jump over the balcony to the archway below, go through it, and then jump onto the platform on the left. Pass the Scarab of Tears, jump to the arch to the northwest and follow it to the balcony. Follow the balcony to its end and the sowing curse can be found on the body tied to the chair.

Seedbed Curse #6 – Elphael, Brase of the Haligtree

From the place of Grace Molehouse, follow the path north again until you reach the balcony with the corpse hanging over it. Instead of jumping onto the archway, jump over the balcony where the corpse is hanging and go to the doorway. Before entering, jump over the balcony onto the archway, then jump onto the platform below it. Go through the doorway and follow the stairs down until you reach the second staircase. Halfway down the second staircase, to the right, jump down and you will find the last seeding curse on a body tied to a chair in the dark.
