Minecraft PE 1.18.31 Additions
Minecraft PE 1.18.31 is another game update provided by Mojang Studios. Working on this release, the development team focused primarily on fixing some bugs that existed in earlier versions but also introduced a new region and a new unique character.
Ancient City
The highlight of this update is the addition of a new location. The Ancient City is a very intriguing and enigmatic place. This palatial structure is incredibly difficult to find, but luckily Minecraft players are always up for a challenge. In Minecraft PE 1.18.31, the Ancient City is hidden in the unique biome called Deep Dark. Those who come here to find valuable treasures will not be disappointed. This fascinating city is full of treasure chests. But be cautious, since there are multiple Sculk Shriekers and various acoustic sensors that protect the chests and make it harder for gamers to get them.
Furthermore, the Ancient City features new building blocks, one of which is called Deepslate. At the moment it is only accessible in Creative mode.
If you want to find this interesting and dangerous location, you can enter /locate AncientCity on the command line inside the game.
The Warden
There is an ominous and frightening creature that can be found in the Deep Dark region. This creature is the Warden. And although the Minecraft PE 1.18.31 creators from Mojang Studios made the mob blind, they gave it an excellent sense of smell and hearing. The enemy quickly notices any movements in space and feels when lost users are approaching it.
Despite the fact that the mob cannot see anything, it moves pretty quietly and suddenly appears when you least expect it. However, it only begins attacking players when it hears them. The more sounds the lost adventurer makes, the angrier the enemy gets. But keep in mind that the Warden always emits a frightening growl before attacking, making the combat with it a little simpler.
All that players have to do is survive for sixty seconds. If the Warden can’t catch them in that time, it’ll just walk away.
Bugs Fixed
Minecraft 1.18.31’s programmers not only created new additions to the game, but they also fixed some issues that were present in earlier versions. For example, creatures will no longer vanish when worlds from earlier game versions are loaded; instead, they will be transported together with the worlds. Additionally, the problem with the generation of the End cities has been solved.
On top of that, the update creators patched a bug that caused players wearing helmets to be kicked out of the game when a block fell on them. Another problem that has been solved is the incorrect display of the Skin Packs and interface buttons in previous versions.
Lastly, there was a bug on mobile devices that caused the emote selection menu to freeze on the touchscreen. It has been corrected in the new version as well.
