Frogs and Tadpoles
In version 1.19, frogs take center stage among the Wild Update features. These new inhabitants of updated biomes can be observed throughout their life cycle. Frogs come in three types, each with different habitats: orange frogs prefer plains and forests, white frogs inhabit deserts, and green frogs reside in the tundra.
Frogs primarily eat fireflies, but also consume small slimes. Frogs drop a new block, froglights, after eating a magma cube. Froglights are new light-emitting blocks.
Tadpoles, found in lakes, eventually develop into frogs and are most afraid of axolotls.
The Warden
This new underground boss in Minecraft 1.19 is one of the strongest mobs you will encounter while surviving. The Warden is blind but highly sensitive to vibrations and noises. It is incredibly fast and dangerous when provoked.
Fireflies
These new entities in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 1.19 are part of the food chain. Found in forests, swamps, and other temperate and hot biomes, fireflies emit a gentle glow in the dark.
Allay Introduced in Live 2021, Allay is a player companion tasked with searching for items. Allay looks for specific blocks based on player instructions. It is already a feature in 1.18.30.22 and will receive more features soon.
The Deep Dark
Initially intended for the previous update, the Deep Dark is likely the deepest biome of the Overworld. It is a very dark place to explore, devoid of mobs except for the Warden.
Swamp in 1.19 Mojang updated the swamps by changing some generation principles, making it a new biome adapted for the life of new mobs. New blocks will be used to form swamps.
Ancient City
Explore one of the largest structures in Minecraft, the Ancient City. This massive underground city is generated in the Deep Dark biome. Information about mobs, loot, and other features is yet to be released.
