Elden Ring datamainers are analyzing version 1.0 of the game to uncover its secrets. According to their analysis, the boss in the game was once even stronger, with extra moves.
Version 1.0 Malenia was more aggressive, blocked attacks better, and had a second special move option. According to what was discovered, in version 1.0 Malenya’s weapon has a move known as “Malenya’s Blade,” which covers a shorter distance than the already known attack, and has no long pauses between one barrage volley and the next.
In versions after 1.0 Malenya must have less than 80% life points to be able to use the Water Dance, while in version 1.0 there are no limitations. She is also more likely to use the Scarlet Aeonics move in Phase 2.
